- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, cooking them just until al dente (about 6-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried thyme until smooth.
Stir in cooked chicken, peas and carrots, and shredded cheese until evenly coated.
Gently fold the cooked noodles into the mixture to ensure they are fully coated with the sauce.
