Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Fish
- For frying: Pat dry the fish, cut into 3-inch strips, and dip them into the seasoned flour and beer batter.
- For grilling: Marinate the fish with olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, and cumin for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Fish
- Frying: Heat oil to 350°F, fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
